Our Wines

Tradition of quality.

In the 19th century, English and Irish seamen would rely on the assistance of French "négociants" when choosing which wines to serve at high table. Cape Cod Cellars has brought back this tradition.

We have selected wines from around the world that we feel reflect the spirit, taste and quality of Cape Cod and the islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. We taste and select wines from various regions within the United States (e.g. Massachusetts, Virginia, New York) and abroad (e.g. Chile, New Zealand, France).

A Sampling of our Summer Wines:

Chatham Chardonnay

Chatham Chardonnay

2005 North Coast Mendocino County Chardonnay

Our Chatham Chardonnay comes from a long line of customer favorites. Golden in color, with a fruity nose and crisp orchard flavors. Great to share with shrimp cocktail, tangy cheese and fresh apples.

Nantucket Red

Nantucket Red

1999 Merlot, Private Reserve

Bright ruby red in color with the aroma of cherry fruit and light toast. This medium bodied red shows tart berry flavors with medium tannin and heat.

Chatham Cabernet

2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino

Nose of well-integrated cherries and blackberries leads to intense fruit flavors in this juicy, full-bodied wine from California's warm central coast. Nicely finished with vanilla and spices from over a year in American and French Oak barrels. Enjoyed best while picnicking near one of Cape Cod's Cranberry Bogs.

Schooner's 2003 Sauvignon Blanc

Schooner's

2005 Sauvignon Blanc

Perfect summer wine for those looking for Aromas of ripe melon and dried straw. This richly structured Mendocino Sauvignon Blanc has bright grapefruit, kiwi and citrus that fill the flavor profile. Hints of creamy lees and gentle oak share the ride with bright fruit finish.
